“I’ve been thinking a lot about one of my albums recently. One of my albums has been on my mind a lot… lots going on in my brain about it,” she told fans.
Swift also performed “champagne problems,” which she wrote alongside Alwyn on her ninth studio album “Evermore.”
Before playing her hit 2019 song “Lover,” fans on social media said she switched her typical preamble to the track, describing it as “just a love song.”
Swift and Alwyn broke up a few weeks ago, Page Six was told last week.

We were told the split “wasn’t dramatic,” and that “the relationship just ran its course,” a source said.
Swift kicked off her sold-out Eras Tour on March 17, and eagle-eyed fans noticed that Alwyn had been absent from her shows.
The pair first met at the 2016 Met Gala and started dating a few months later before going public with their relationship in 2017.
Swift broke cover for the first time this week since news of her breakup took social media by storm.
The 12-time Grammy winner stepped out in NYC with longtime pal and musician Jack Antonoff, who has worked with her on her most recent album, “Midnights.”
The pals were joined by Antonoff’s fiancée, Margaret Qualley, at Italian restaurant Via Carota.
The NYC hotspot sits just four minutes away from Cornelia Street — a notable title of her track from Swift’s 2019 “Lover” album, which is widely believed to reference her romance with Alwyn.
The “Lavender Haze” songstress’ exes famously include Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer, Harry Styles, Calvin Harris, and Tom Hiddleston.
