The star quarterback Russell Wilson and his R&B singer/philanthropist wife Ciara set their money-is-no-object real estate sites on the affluent suburb of Englewood, Colorado, where local reports rеvеal they’ve chosen a home. The couple passed the pigskin for ten successful seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, where he once earned enough to be ranked as the highest paid player in the NFL.
Wilson and his wife Ciara made the decision to spend $25 mιllιon on a Colorado property after landing a sizable deal. The power couple also sold their Seattle house during the process for $36 mιllιon. Billionaire Gary Magness once owned the 20,000 square foot Colorado property, which he bought for $7.5 mιllιon. According to sources, Wilson’s $25 mιllιon property pᴜrchase is the region’s most expensive single-family home transaction.
Wilson and Ciara are nearly doubling their living space, going from about 11,000 square feet, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, to more than 20,000 square feet, with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plus a few powder rooms. This is true even though their new residence in Colorado cost them significantly less than the $36 mιllιon they are asking for their opulent home in the Seattle area. On top of a detached garage, there is an apartment with a bedroom and bathroom for visitors or personnel.
Another feature of the three-story house is its multiple gathering rooms, which include a lacquered library and a paneled formal dining room. There are also six fireplaces, a double-height entryway, and a floating circular staircase. The principal suite includes two opulent bathtubs, two boutique-style dressing rooms, and two studies. Guest bedrooms are all en suite. A state-of-the-art movie theater, an indoor swimming pool and spa, and a yoga studio/gym with a view of an indoor basketball court are just a few of the mansion’s many recreational and leisure facilities.
The manicured gardens of the Rocky Mountain estate, with its breathtaking views of the Front Range, feature a tranquil pond and waterfall, an outdoor fireplace positioned in the middle of a circle of trees, a sizable dining terrace, and a great sweep of lawn, to which Wilson could probably add his own personal football field if he so desired.
