Recently in the spotlight for her role in the ongoing Marvel miniseries Secret Invasion, the 36-year-old actress reportedly hinted at her potential return to the Star Wars series.

In a viral interview video with Ben Mendelsohn, Clarke can be seen caught off guard as the anchor asks her if she would ever ‘revisit her Star Wars character’. Responding to his question, the actress can be seen panicking as she stuttered her answer, saying,

“Well, you know what… Um… [Laughs] I’m in Marvel, I’m not allowed.”

While the Me Before You actress hasn’t clearly confessed to any such rumors, fan theories about her probable return to the franchise have been running all over the place based on Emila Clarke’s alarmed stammering reaction.

Catching everyone’s attention, Clarke managed to portray Qi’ra’s character in the best possible way, winning even critics’ hearts.

Sometime before the Me Before You actress’s hinting about her possible return to the Star Wars franchise, the franchise’s TV series The Mandalorian writer Jon Favreau too teased about Emilia Clarke’s return to be in the MandoVerse, claiming how he is ‘a big fan’ of Solo: A Star Wars Story movie.

With Qi’ra frequently occurring in Star Wars comics and novels, fans are hoping that the billions-dollar worth of franchise will have more stories to tell about Emilia Clarke’s character and have her return to the series.
